Juicer offers a 10% discount on yearly subscriptions for every non-Enterprise plan. You can pick yearly when you first upgrade or switch from monthly to yearly at any time.

Choosing your subscription type

When upgrading to a paid plan (Starter or Pro), you'll see a toggle for billing frequency. The default is Monthly — switch to Yearly to activate the 10% discount.

Benefits of yearly billing

  • 10% cost savings compared to monthly billing.

  • One annual payment, simpler accounting.

  • Locked-in pricing for a full year.

Switching from monthly to yearly

If you're already on a monthly plan:

  1. Open Billing settings from the top-right menu.

  2. Click the Pay Yearly Save 10% button on the left-hand side.

  3. Confirm the upgrade.

Logged-in users can also make the same switch from the Plans page.

Starting with a yearly plan

New subscribers can pick yearly billing from the start.

If you're on the Free plan

Log in and open the Plans page, then:

  1. Switch the billing toggle to Yearly.

  2. Upgrade to the desired plan.

If you don't have a Juicer account yet

Open the Pricing page, then:

  1. Switch the billing toggle to Yearly.

  2. Sign up for the desired plan.

⚠️ Important notes

  1. The 10% discount applies only to credit/debit card purchases.

  2. The Enterprise plan is also available as an annual subscription — contact us for details.

FAQ

Q: Can I switch back to monthly billing after choosing a yearly plan?

A: Yes, you can switch back at any point. When you switch from yearly to monthly, your account is credited for the unused portion of the yearly subscription. The credit applies to your future monthly payments, so no prepaid amount is lost.

Q: Will I get a refund if I cancel my yearly subscription early?

A: Full refunds are available within five (5) days of a new annual subscription. We do not offer refunds for renewal payments of periodic subscriptions, whether monthly or annual. More details are in our Terms of Use. Please contact us for assistance.

Q: Does the 10% discount apply to add-ons or just the base plan?

A: The discount applies to the base plan only. Add-ons are billed separately and are not refundable.

If the yearly toggle doesn't appear, or the switch from monthly to yearly fails on confirmation, send us the account email and the plan you're trying to switch to through contact us.
