Feed embedding with a paid Juicer API plan

Builder, Scale, and Platform Partner API plans include feed embedding — no separate Core subscription required.

Written by Mario T.

Paid Juicer API plans — Builder, Scale, and Platform Partner — include full feed embedding as part of the subscription. You do not need a separate Juicer Core subscription to embed your feeds on a website. This page explains what embedding entitles you to and how source credit metering works for API-created sources.

Eligible plans

Feed embedding is available on every paid API plan:

  • Builder

  • Scale

  • Platform Partner

The Sandbox tier (free, limited credits) does not include embedding. For the current tiers and what each one includes, see the API pricing page.

What embedding includes

Feeds embedded from a paid API account render with the same quality as a paid Core subscription:

  • Ad-free — no Juicer ad cards appear in the feed.

  • Unbranded — no Juicer branding is shown.

  • No view-cap hiding — posts are not hidden due to monthly view limits.

Creating sources and credit metering

Sources you create through the Juicer API are tracked separately from any Core plan source limits. Instead of counting against a source quota, API-created sources are metered by credit balance:

  • Credits are consumed when a source syncs (the same weight as the initial fetch).

  • When your credit balance cannot fund the next sync, the source pauses and the API reports the reason insufficient_api_credits. In the dashboard the source is flagged with a warning icon in your feed's Sources list. Syncing resumes automatically as soon as your monthly allowance refills or you top up. Your balance is shown on the API dashboard, and extra credits can be bought from the API pricing page.

  • API-created sources skip the free-plan premium-platform gates (for example, they are not blocked by the Instagram or LinkedIn limits that apply on free Core plans).

Embedding your feed

The embed process is the same as for Core subscribers — open your feed, click Embed, and copy the code from the Standard, iFrame, or WordPress tab. The plan entitlement is detected automatically, so no special embed code is needed.
