Download your Enterprise cost report

Export a CSV of your Enterprise account's usage and per-feed cost for any date range — Last 7/30 days, Today, or a custom window.

Written by Mario T.

If your account is on Juicer's Enterprise plan, you can export a CSV breakdown of usage and per-feed cost for any date range — useful for reconciling invoices, charging back to internal teams or clients, or reviewing how a campaign-period refresh-speed change affected the bill. This article covers where to find the export, how to pick a date range, and what each column in the CSV means.

Where to find the cost report

The cost report lives in the account menu at the bottom of the left sidebar in your dashboard. It's available to any user on an Enterprise-plan account, except collaborators — they don't see this option.

  1. Open your Juicer dashboard and click the account button at the bottom of the left sidebar (your email and plan name).

  2. In the dropdown, click Download cost report.

Choosing a date range

The modal opens with Last 30 days selected. Click the date-range dropdown to switch to one of the presets, or pick Custom to enter your own window.

The preset options are:

  • Today — usage from midnight to now.

  • Last 7 days — the trailing week.

  • Last 30 days — the trailing month (default).

  • Custom — pick a start and end date in MM/DD/YYYY format, then click Apply.

Once the range is set, click Export Report. Your browser downloads a CSV file named {account-slug}_usage_report_{from}_{to}.csv — for example, acme_usage_report_2025-04-26_2025-05-26.csv.

What's in the CSV

One row per feed that had any measured usage during the selected range, followed by two summary rows at the bottom. Columns:

  • Feed Name — the feed's slug. Feeds that were already hard-deleted before you ran the report show as Deleted feed {id}.

  • Feed Statusactive or deleted. A soft-deleted feed (one removed within the last 30 days and still recoverable) shows as deleted.

  • Created At — when the feed was created (YYYY-MM-DD).

  • Deleted At — when the feed was deleted, blank if still active.

  • Sources — the feed's current sources, grouped by source type. Example: Instagram: @nasa @bbcearth; Facebook: NASA.

  • Cost (in USD) — the actual dollar cost that feed accrued during the selected range, rounded to two decimals.

The two total rows

The CSV ends with two summary rows:

⚠️ The minimum fee is monthly. On ranges shorter than a month (Today, Last 7 days, or a custom short window), the Total with the minimum fee row still shows $199 whenever your range total is below that. That's the floor for a full billing month, not for the partial range you exported, so don't read it as the bill for that window.

How the numbers are calculated

Juicer records a measurement for every feed once an hour. Each measurement captures the feed's source count and refresh speed at that moment and turns it into a projected monthly cost. The report sums those hourly measurements across the date range you selected and converts them to an actual dollar cost for the range — so the numbers reflect every refresh-speed change, source add, and feed creation or deletion that happened during the window.

Troubleshooting

  • "Start date cannot be after end date."—Swap the dates in the custom picker. The From date has to be on or before the To date.

  • I don't see "Download cost report" in my menu.—The option only shows for non-collaborator users on an Enterprise-plan account. If you're a collaborator, ask another user on the account to run the export for you.

  • The total is lower than the invoice.—Invoices apply the US$199 monthly minimum and may include the prior month's overage. The report's Total row is usage only for the range you picked.

  • A feed I deleted still shows up.—Expected. A deleted feed accrued cost while it was alive, so it appears in any range that overlaps its lifetime. Its Feed Status column shows deleted and the Deleted At date marks when it was removed.

If the totals don't line up with what you expected — or the export errors out — contact us with your account slug, the exact date range you selected, and the CSV file attached, and we'll reconcile it against the underlying measurements.
