Juicer can display posts from Facebook business pages in your feed. You can pull in three kinds of Facebook content—the page's own posts (optionally including visitor posts), the page's reviews, and posts where the page is mentioned. Content from personal profiles isn't supported (Facebook's privacy policy), and Facebook Groups stopped being supported in April 2024 after Facebook changed their API.
Supported Facebook content
✅ Page posts—posts the page publishes.
✅ Visitor posts (opt-in)—posts visitors write on the page wall.
✅ Reviews—reviews left on the page.
✅ Mentions—posts on other pages where this page is tagged.
❌ Personal profiles.
❌ Facebook Groups (no longer supported since April 2024).
Connecting your Facebook account
Before you can add a Facebook page source, you need to connect the personal Facebook account that manages the page. The connected account needs admin or editor access to the business page—without it, Juicer can't pull posts. If you try to add a page without a valid Facebook connection, you'll see this error:
To connect Facebook:
Go to the Connected Social accounts page on Juicer.
Click the red + button next to the Facebook section.
Follow Facebook's prompts to allow Juicer access to your account and the pages it manages.
⚠️ Note: If your Facebook account has access to multiple business pages or Instagram business accounts but you only want to give Juicer access to some of them, click Edit access on the next screen and adjust the permissions. Most users can just click Continue as… and finish.
You'll be redirected back to Juicer's Connected accounts page, where you'll see your Facebook account listed.
⚠️ Note: Facebook will appear under your name (your personal Facebook account) on the Connected accounts page. That's normal—Juicer only uses this connection to read the business pages you manage. Your personal Facebook content isn't accessible to either Juicer or your feed's visitors.
Adding a Facebook source
When you add Facebook as a source, you can pick between three content types: page posts, reviews, or mentions. Each is a separate source you can add to your feed.
In your feed dashboard, click + Add source.
Click Facebook.
Choose the content type tab—Page posts, Reviews, or Mentions—and pick the page from the dropdown.
⚠️ Note: If your page doesn't appear in the dropdown, check that it doesn't have age or country restrictions enabled. Those restrictions block Juicer from reading the page.
On the Page posts tab, you can also tick Also import Facebook Visitor Posts to include posts visitors write on the page wall, in addition to the page's own posts. The page itself has to allow visitor posts on Facebook's side—see Facebook's help article on visitor posts.
Save the source. Posts start appearing in your feed shortly after.
Troubleshooting
My page isn't in the dropdown—make sure the page has no age or country restrictions enabled and that the Facebook account you connected has admin or editor access to it.
I get a permission error when adding the page—try removing the Juicer app from your Facebook Business Integrations and then reconnecting on the Connected Social accounts page.
Visitors' posts on my page aren't appearing—by default, Juicer only imports the page's own posts. Tick Also import Facebook Visitor Posts in the page source settings to include them. The page also has to have visitor posting enabled on Facebook's side.
Posts have no comment or reaction counts—Facebook's API stopped exposing these counters on many endpoints. There's no workaround on Juicer's end.
My feed stopped pulling new Facebook posts after a few weeks—Facebook tokens expire periodically and need to be refreshed. Open the Connected Social accounts page and click the refresh icon on your Facebook account, or reconnect it.
I want to add a specific Facebook post by URL—see Why Facebook hashtags are not compatible with Juicer, which covers the manual post flow.
