Unlock the Full Potential of Juicer

Our Enterprise plan is designed for agencies and other organizations who need to scale up their social feed usage over time.

If you need to build more social feeds for clients or various parts of your organization as time goes on, you can do this within a single Enterprise plan, rather than create a new Juicer account each time. Your clients and colleagues can also access their feeds through this system.

Please read our Enterprise FAQ below for all the details about this plan. You can also watch our 10-minute demo here.

You can upgrade to Enterprise from our Enterprise plan page, and also calculate the cost of a single feed using the tool at the top of the page, to help generate a monthly estimate.

What is the purpose of the Enterprise plan, and who should use it?

This account allows you to create and manage an unlimited number of Juicer feeds within a single plan, instead of buying a new Juicer account every time you need to create a feed. An example of a typical user would be a creative agency that has a client base. The agency may have a client who needs a social feed for their website. This plan allows the agency to build the feed for their client while keeping that feed within a central account. Other types of organizations will also benefit from this model, such as a university, which needs to build and manage a wide range of feeds for different departments.

Client and Staff Access

Yes, you can assign users to specific feeds. There are two types of access:

  • Managers: Full access to all feeds, with permissions to add/remove sources and change update frequencies.
  • Collaborators: Limited access only to assigned feeds. They can moderate posts and manage social sources but cannot access the main Enterprise dashboard or change update frequencies.

If you enable Juicer’s white labeling feature, collaborators will not be able to add or remove sources. However, we can override this per account, so let us know if you would need this feature turned on for your collaborators.

Pricing and Billing

Each feed in your Enterprise account will have a distinct cost, based on its number of sources and its update frequency. More sources and faster updates increase the price. Admins can adjust these settings at any time. Managers can adjust these settings at any time. We can also override this per account, allowing only the account owner to have the privilege to change the update frequency. That way the owner of your Enterprise account will have absolute control over costs. Let us know if you would need this feature turned on for your account.

You can see how the pricing works for a single feed by using the calculator at juicer.io/enterprise.

In a nutshell, below is the price breakdown per one source, based on the refresh rate.

Your Enterprise account has 30-day billing periods. Throughout the 30 days, Juicer will periodically record the combined cost of all your feeds. At the end of the 30 days, it will calculate the average of those totals, and you will be charged that average. This is UNLESS your average for the month falls below the $199 per month base cost, in which case you are charged $199.

Also, please note that the first $199 base cost is charged immediately at signup.

⚠️ More information on the billing calculation can be found at About Juicer's Enterprise Pricing and Monthly Minimum Fee.

Why Charge Based on Monthly Average?

This pricing structure ensures fairness, allowing you to adjust feeds as needed. For example, you may increase the update frequency for a live event for a couple of days and then reduce it afterward. Those two days of fast updates will be averaged along with 28 days of slower updates, producing a fair price.

⚠️ When using this strategy, please don’t forget to return the refresh rate to a lower value.

The monthly average ensures you are only charged fairly for actual usage. However, the $199 base cost applies even if usage falls below that amount.

Can Juicer Bill My Clients Directly?

No. We allow our Enterprise account holders to charge their clients/customers as they see appropriate, based on usage, or how Juicer fits into their overall offerings. Juicer will always charge you the single monthly fee as outlined above. We cannot pass costs along to your clients.

How Can I Determine What to Charge My Clients?

Within your central Enterprise dashboard (the “Your Feeds” panel), you can always see the current cost of each feed. It will give you some guidance on what to charge. Juicer cannot calculate the average of a single feed’s usage for you at this time.

Will I Be Charged for Unused Feeds in My Account?

Yes. Our system will charge you for any feeds contained within your Enterprise plan, regardless of whether they are embedded on a website. If you no longer want to be charged for a feed, you can delete the feed by clicking the x icon on that feed from your main Enterprise dashboard.

Duplicate Sources Across Feeds – Do They Count as Separate Sources?

Yes, if you use the same social media account in multiple feeds, it is counted as a separate source for each feed. Each feed's cost is based on the number of sources and update frequency.

Can I Import My Existing Juicer Accounts into Enterprise?

Yes. The process for doing this is:

  1. Create your Enterprise account
  2. Access Team settings in the main menu

  3. Click on the “Manage Staff” panel from your central dashboard
  4. Click + Add new staff member
  5. Type in the login email address of the account you’d like to add. If that account already has a feed, that feed will first have to be removed, before the user can be added to your Enterprise account. If there is an existing paid Juicer subscription for the old account, it will have to be canceled manually before proceeding further.
  6. If you do not want this person to become a manager (admin) for your Enterprise account, click the x icon next to their email address in the “Account owner & staff” section
  7. If you have removed them as a manager, go back to the “Your Feeds” page, find the feed(s) you manage, and click + Add Collaboratoron that feed. Type in their email address and that person will gain access ONLY to that feed.
    1. The above is also how you invite any collaborator to a selected feed, you access Your Feeds section in the Team settings and invite collaborators per feed.

If you need any assistance during these operations, please reach out to us, we’ll be happy to help.

Also, please note that if you upgrade an existing Juicer account to an Enterprise plan, any existing feeds on the old plan will automatically be imported into your Enterprise plan. The feeds themselves will have a seamless transition–nothing needs to change about their embed codes, etc.

Organizing and Finding Feeds

Near the top of your main Enterprise dashboard (the “Your Feeds” panel), you will see a search bar. Type the name of the feed, a source within the feed, or a user on the feed, which will filter what is displayed on the page to only the corresponding feeds. Juicer recommends that you develop a system for naming your feeds, which will make sorting them easier through the search system. You can change the name of any feed by clicking the “Edit” button from your main Enterprise dashboard, or by clicking the pencil icon in the upper-left corner of the dashboard for that specific feed.

How to Sign Up for Enterprise?

Create a free account at juicer.io/sign-up. Then, click "Upgrade plan" or visit juicer.io/enterprise to sign up for Enterprise.

White Labeling: Remove Juicer Branding

You can remove Juicer branding so that your clients don’t see it. White labeling is included in Juicer’s Enterprise plan. Simply set up the subdomain where you’d like to host the login area for your clients, paste that URL into the field in the “Set up White Label” panel of your Enterprise dashboard, and the setup will be complete shortly after. You can link to your company logo in the “Edit Account” panel of your Enterprise dashboard. From this point on, Juicer will not be mentioned to your clients, and they will not see our branding.

API Access

Our API is documented at juicer.io/api. When you upgrade to the Enterprise plan, this page will be updated with an authentication token for performing Enterprise-related functions through our API, such as creating and deleting feeds and sources, adding users, etc.
