If your Juicer feed is not displaying new Instagram posts (or old posts look broken), the problem is likely related to the broken social account connections.
-
Make sure that your browser is not logged into any Instagram accounts (visit instagram.com and make sure you are logged out), this step is essential.
-
Visit Connected Social Accounts and next to Instagram usernames header click the green + button.
If you already had your account connected, click on refresh to reconnect your account. - As a part of the authentication process, you will be redirected to Instagram to log in to your Instagram account, if you already weren't logged in.
- It is important to allow Media access to the Juicer app. This permission lets Juicer import Instagram photos from your Instagram account to the Juicer feed, even though Instagram sometimes says it's optional, it is necessary for Juicer to work.
- Click "Allow" and the connection will be established. You can now add this Instagram account into the "Social Media Sources" area of your Juicer dashboard. Your successful connections should be listed in the area shown below:
You may have more than one Instagram account listed in your "Social Media Sources" area. If so, you can follow the process above multiple times. Please continue to make sure that you are logged out of Instagram each time before clicking the + button.
If the issue is still present, please try removing and re-adding your Instagram account, using the ❌ icon to remove it, and then re-add it using the red ➕ icon.
