If your Juicer feed isn't displaying new Instagram posts or old posts look broken, follow these steps:
- Check your username: If you've changed your Instagram username, remove the current Instagram source and add it again with the updated username.
- Refresh your connection:
- Log out of Instagram in your browser
- Click the red "+" button next to Instagram
- Reconnect your account
- During authentication:
- Allow "Content" access to the Juicer app
- Click "Allow" to establish the connection
☀️ If you'd like to remove Juicer entirely from the list of allowed websites on your Instagram profile and try re-adding it, you can do so in your Instagram Apps and website settings.
- Make sure the Instagram account is added to your Juicer dashboard's "Connected Accounts" area and that the connection status is
Valid
. - For multiple accounts: Repeat the process, ensuring you're logged out of Instagram each time before adding a new account.
