Juicer supports displaying content from Facebook Business pages in your social feed. Due to Facebook's privacy policy, content from personal pages is not supported. Additionally, since April 2024, Facebook Groups are no longer supported due to changes in Facebook's API.

Connecting Your Facebook Account
Before adding your Facebook Business page, connect your private Facebook account to Juicer. The connected account needs management privileges over the Facebook Business page you want to add as a source, otherwise, you will not be able to add that page. The below error will be shown if you don't have a valid Facebook account connected to Juicer.
- Click the red
+
button next to the Facebook section - You're now taken to Facebook, where you will follow the prompts to allow Juicer to access your Facebook account and the pages it manages
⚠️ Note: If your Facebook account has access to more than one Business page or Business Instagram account, but you wish to allow Juicer access only to some of them, click the Edit access link on the next step and adjust the access permission. Most users can click the blue "Continue as…" button and finish this step. - You'll be taken back to Juicer's Connected Accounts page where you'll see your Facebook account added.
⚠️ Note: When you add Facebook as a social connector, it will appear as your Personal Facebook account under Connected Accounts. That is normal. You can select a desired Facebook page that you manage when you add a Facebook source to your feed. Your personal Facebook content is not accessible neither to Juicer nor to your feed visitors.
Adding a Facebook Business Page
Let's add that source now.
- Head back to your feed and click the red button
+ Add New Source
- Click Facebook
- Select a Business page from the offered list
⚠️ Note: If you don't see your Facebook page in the list, make sure the page does not have age or country restrictions enabled, as this will prevent Juicer from displaying your profile image and potentially cause other problems.
Troubleshooting
Some things that you can try if you have any problems adding your Facebook Business page to Juicer or connecting your Facebook account to Juicer.
- Ensure your Facebook Business page doesn't have age or country restrictions enabled,
- That your private Facebook account has management privileges over the Facebook Business page,
- Try removing the Juicer app from the allowed apps on Facebook (here) and then reconnecting your Facebook account to Juicer (here).
