When your Facebook page can't be added to Juicer, or the profile image won't display

To add a Facebook page to Juicer, you must remove age/country restrictions.

If you see an error message when trying to add a Facebook page source to Juicer, or you see a question mark in place of a Facebook profile image, the most common cause is that a country or age restriction has been placed on the Facebook page, which will prevent our service from obtaining the data.

1️⃣ Please visit Facebook and check the settings of the Facebook page you are displaying within Juicer, and see whether any country or age restrictions have been enabled. If so, turning those off should allow you to add the page to Juicer.

2️⃣ If that doesn't seem to be the problem, double check that the Facebook account connected on your Connected Social Accounts page is an admin for the Facebook page you're displaying. Having an admin connected there helps us better display posts in some cases.

You may also want to check whether the vanity URL for your Facebook page has changed. If so, you can delete the current page from your "Social Media Sources" panel of the Juicer dashboard, and add a new Facebook source with the correct vanity URL.
