For all other users: If you can't find the emailed invoice for a past payment, simply log into the appropriate Juicer account, and visit https://juicer.io/payment. A widget is built into this page that will allow you to re-send past invoices to any email address.
You can also change the billing address for your company by clicking "Edit invoice". This will change the address for all past and future invoices.
If the invoice widget does not appear for you, and you are using an IE browser, try viewing the page using Chrome, Firefox or Safari. The widget should appear.
Upon your payment each month or year, an invoice is emailed to you automatically (it is sent to your login email address). Be sure to check your spam filter if you do not see them.
If you don't see an invoice listed for a past payment on the Payment page, please contact us using the Intercom platform at Juicer.io, or at email@example.com. Some specific types of invoices may not be included within the widget, such as Enterprise setup fee payments.
