Trial period on the Small plan

Users on the Small plan are granted access to X (Twitter) sources only during the trial period of one week after they create the account.

When the trial expires, we won't import any more tweets.

Limitations on the paid plans

We do our best to synchronize all tweets to your sources (on non-small plans). However, if you add a source for a popular hashtag that receives thousands of posts a day, we won't be able to synchronize them all and the tweets will be sampled due to a technical limitation of the X (Twitter) API.
