Juicer's Enterprise plan is priced on usage with a US$199 monthly minimum. Your usage depends on the total number of social media sources across your account and how often each feed refreshes. If your usage stays below the minimum, you pay $199; if it exceeds the minimum, you're billed for the difference on the next invoice.
Two pricing components
Usage-based monthly total. Your usage covers your total number of social media sources and the refresh speed set for each feed (daily, hourly, etc.). Rates are displayed at juicer.io/enterprise using the calculator tool. Your current monthly total appears at the top of your Enterprise dashboard, and individual feed costs are shown as you scroll. Juicer records usage throughout the month and averages it to calculate the cost.
Monthly minimum of US$199. This base fee is charged at the start of every billing cycle, regardless of actual consumption.
How the bill settles
If your usage for the month is below $199, your next invoice contains only the base fee for the next billing period.
If your usage exceeds $199, the next invoice contains the new month's $199 base fee plus the difference between the previous month's actual usage and the $199 already paid.
Examples
Example 1 — usage below the minimum
You subscribe on January 1st and pay the $199 base fee upfront.
January usage stays below $199.
On February 1st, you pay only the $199 base fee for February.
Example 2 — usage above the minimum
You subscribe on January 1st and pay the $199 base fee upfront.
January usage totals $250.
On February 1st, you pay the $199 February base fee plus the $51 difference for January ($250 actual − $199 paid). Your February invoice totals $250.
In short — if your typical monthly usage is below $199, you pay $199 every month.
Controlling your monthly cost
You can change feed refresh frequencies any time by clicking Edit this feed on any feed in your Enterprise dashboard. Faster refresh speeds cost more — so if you turn the speed up for a live event or campaign, remember to dial it back down once the event is over.
