Enterprise accounts can include other users in two roles. A Manager has access to the whole account, the same as the owner. A Collaborator only has access to the specific feeds you grant them. This article covers how to invite either.
Invite a Manager to your account
Open the main menu and go to Team Settings.
Click the Manage Staff panel in your central dashboard.
Click + Add New Staff Member.
Enter the login email of the person you want to add.
If that email already exists as a Juicer user, resolve their existing account first. Any feed they already own needs to be removed, and any existing paid Juicer subscription on their account needs to be cancelled manually before they can be added.
Once added, the new Manager has access to the whole account.
Invite a Collaborator to a specific feed
Open the main menu and go to Team Settings.
Click the Your Feeds page in Team Settings.
Find the feed you want to share with the Collaborator.
Click the + Add Collaborator button on that feed.
Enter the Collaborator's email address.
The Collaborator only gets access to that specific feed. Repeat the steps for any additional feeds you want to share with them.
โ ๏ธ Note, invited users receive an email invitation and need to accept it. If the email is new to Juicer, they'll create their Juicer account as part of accepting the invite.

If an invitation isn't being delivered, or a new Manager or Collaborator can't access the feed you shared with them, contact us with the email address you invited, the feed name (for Collaborators), and a screenshot of any error the invitee sees, and we'll take a look.
