You can add X (Twitter) posts to your Juicer feed from a specific account, a hashtag, or mentions of an account. X sources require a paid plan after the 7-day trial.
Before you start, connect your X account
X requires Juicer to authenticate against the X API. The first time you select X (Twitter) in the Add source panel, the form shows the message "Please connect your X (Twitter) account first to add X sources" along with a Connect Account button. Click it to start the connection.
You'll be redirected to X.com, where you'll see an authorization screen titled "Authorize saas.group Social Media to access your account?". That's the official Juicer app (Juicer is part of the saas.group family). Click "Authorize app" to grant access and return to your Juicer dashboard. You can manage or revoke the connection later at juicer.io/social-accounts.
Add an X account
On your feed dashboard, click + Add source.
Select X (Twitter).
On the Username tab, enter the handle or the profile URL. Both
twitter.com/NASAandx.com/NASAwork, and so does justNASA.Save the source. Public posts from that account will start syncing into your feed.
Add an X hashtag
Click + Add source, then select X (Twitter).
Switch to the Hashtag tab.
Enter the hashtag, with or without the
#sign. Both#NASAandNASAwork.Save the source. Public posts using that hashtag will appear in your feed.
⚠️ Note, X's API only allows the import of hashtagged posts from the last 7 days. Older posts are not retrievable, even after you upgrade.
Add X mentions
Mentions sources pull in posts where other users @mention an X account. Open the + Add source panel, select X (Twitter), and switch to the Mentions tab. See Mentions sources – Adding and troubleshooting for the full walkthrough.
If posts from an X source aren't appearing, or you're hitting an authentication error, contact us with the feed name, the X handle or hashtag involved, and a screenshot of any error you're seeing, and we'll take a look.
