If your X (Twitter) feed stops updating, the cause is almost always one of two things — your Free-plan trial ended (X is a premium source on Juicer), or X's API isn't delivering every post for a very popular hashtag.
Free plan — trial period for premium sources
Free-plan accounts can use X (Twitter) and other premium sources (marked with a premium badge) during the trial period.
After the trial ends, Juicer stops importing new X posts for Free-plan accounts. Previously imported posts remain visible until you remove them. Upgrade to a paid plan to keep new X posts flowing — see pricing for details.
Paid plans — X API limits
On paid plans, Juicer synchronizes X posts subject to X's API limits. For very popular hashtags (thousands of posts per day), X's API does not deliver every post — your feed will show a representative sample rather than every single tweet.
If you need fuller coverage, use more specific hashtags and add the relevant profiles or lists alongside the hashtag source.
If your X source on a paid plan stops updating entirely (not just sampling), send us the source URL or hashtag, the feed name, and the last date you saw a new post import through contact us.
