How to turn on Autoscroll in your Juicer feed

Make your Juicer feed scroll on its own. Turn on Autoscroll, pick a speed, and see which plans include it or offer it as an add-on.

Autoscroll makes your Juicer feed scroll through posts on its own, perfect for digital signage, lobby screens, live events, or any display where you want content to keep moving without anyone touching the page. This guide shows you how to switch it on, pick a scroll speed, and what to do if you don't see the option.

What Autoscroll does

When Autoscroll is on, your feed gently and continuously scrolls through your posts on its own. You choose how fast it moves, and it works with the Grid and List layouts. It's a separate feature from the Slider layout's Auto Play, which advances one slide at a time.

Turn on Autoscroll

  1. Open your feed dashboard and click the Design settings icon (the palette) in the bottom toolbar.

  2. Click Templates and scroll down to the Autoscroll Settings section.

  3. Set Autoscroll to Yes.

  4. Choose a SpeedSlow, Medium, or Fast.

🌿 Tip: Give the feed plenty of posts to cycle through by raising Posts Per Page in the same panel. Juicer recommends 24 for smooth performance.

Your changes save automatically, and you'll see them in the live preview right away.

Plan availability

Autoscroll is included free on the Pro, Enterprise, and Events plans. On most other paid plans you can unlock it with the Autoscroll theme add-on, a small recurring charge you can add or cancel at any time (see Juicer add-ons: extra views, feeds, and sources). If you're on the free plan, the Yes toggle shows a PRO label and prompts you to upgrade to a plan that supports it. Compare plans on our pricing page.

Troubleshooting

  • I don't see the Autoscroll Settings section—it's hidden on the Slider layout. Switch to the Grid or List layout at the top of Templates and it will appear. It's also disabled while LiveCam is on, since LiveCam takes precedence—turn LiveCam off to use Autoscroll.

  • The Autoscroll toggle shows a PRO label or opens an upgrade prompt—your current plan doesn't include Autoscroll. Add the Autoscroll theme add-on, or upgrade to a plan that includes it.

  • The feed scrolls too fast or too slow—change the Speed between Slow, Medium, and Fast.

  • Autoscroll is on but nothing moves—make sure your feed has more posts than fit on screen at once. Raise Posts Per Page so there's enough content to scroll through.

If Autoscroll won't turn on or your feed isn't scrolling as expected, contact us with your feed name, the layout you're using, and the plan you're on, and we'll take a look.
