Where to find invoices and receipts for your payments

If you can’t find the emailed invoice for a past payment, simply log into the appropriate Juicer account, and visit the Billing Settings.

  1. Access your billing settings:

    • Go to juicer.io/payment and log in, or

    • Choose "Billing Settings" from your Juicer menu

  2. Click the "Edit the Billing Details and List Invoices" button.

  3. When the Stripe page loads you will see the Invoice History at the bottom.

  4. Clicking each of the listed invoices will present you with Invoice and Receipt download options.

⚠️ Important: If you see a charge from Juicer on your bank or card statement but no matching invoice in your Juicer account, first make sure you’re logging in with the correct email. Many customers have multiple Juicer accounts and may be checking the wrong one. If you still can’t find the charge, contact Juicer support with:

  • the date and amount of the transaction,

  • the card type,

  • the last 4 digits of the card number,

and we’ll locate the correct account for you.
