When Juicer charges your card, our billing processor Stripe emails you a notification with links to download your invoice and receipt as PDFs—the files themselves aren't attached to the email. If your AP system needs the actual PDFs (or if you've lost the notification email), you can download them at any time from the Stripe billing portal. Tax identifiers and W-9 info are at the bottom of this article.
How to find your invoices and receipts
Access your billing settings:
Go to juicer.io/payment and log in, or
Choose Billing Settings from your Juicer menu.
Click the Edit the Billing Details and List Invoices button.
When the Stripe page loads you'll see the Invoice History at the bottom.
Click each listed invoice to download the Invoice and Receipt.
⚠️ Can't find a charge? If you see a charge from Juicer on your bank or card statement but no matching invoice in your account, first make sure you're logged in with the correct email—many customers have multiple Juicer accounts and may be checking the wrong one. If you still can't find the charge, contact us with:
The date and amount of the transaction
The card type
The last 4 digits of the card number
and we'll locate the right account for you.
