How to update your payment and billing details

Securely manage your payment details—credit card, billing address, and Tax ID updates through our Stripe-backed portal.

Written by Mario T.

Keeping your billing information up to date helps us generate accurate invoices, calculate the correct taxes, and avoid service interruptions. Juicer's billing system also sends proactive reminders—for example, if your payment card is about to expire, you'll get an email asking you to update it before the next charge.

What you can update

  • Credit or debit card

  • Company or billing name

  • Billing address

  • Tax ID

  • Billing email (contact us if you need invoices delivered to more than one address)

Accessing your billing settings

There are two ways to open your billing settings:

Updating your billing details

  1. Open your billing settings (see above).

  2. Click Edit the Billing Details and List Invoices.

⚠️ Note: You'll be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment gateway. Stripe stores and processes all payment details—Juicer never has access to your full card information.

  3. Click Update information.

Update information button on the Stripe billing portal
  4. Enter your details:

    • Your name or company name

    • Billing address

    • Tax ID (if applicable)

  5. Save the changes.

For Juicer's tax identifiers, W-9 requests, VAT ID setup, or US tax-exemption certificate submission, see Tax IDs, W-9, and tax-exempt setup for Juicer invoices.

Updating your credit card

  1. Open your billing settings and click Edit the Billing Details and List Invoices.

  2. Click + Add payment method.

  3. Enter the new card details.

  4. Tick Use as a default payment method.

Add payment method form with default payment method checkbox
  5. Click Add. You'll be returned to the payment methods list, where you can remove the old card by clicking the × next to its expiry date.

Troubleshooting

  • The new card was declined—this is usually a block from your bank rather than a problem with Juicer. Try a different card, check with your bank, or contact us and we'll share Stripe's exact decline reason.

  • I need an invoice from a previous billing period—every past invoice is listed in the same Stripe portal you reach via Edit the Billing Details and List Invoices, and each one downloads as a PDF.

  • I want invoices sent to more than one email address—Stripe stores one billing email per account. If you need invoices delivered to several recipients, contact us and we'll set it up.
