This article covers everything an AP team or finance contact might need to set up Juicer as a vendor and process invoices: Juicer's tax identifiers (US EIN and EU VAT ID), how to request a signed W-9, and how to submit a tax-exemption certificate.
Juicer's tax identifiers
If your AP team needs to record a vendor tax ID alongside the invoice, the values are:
US EIN:
61-1856894(saas.group LLC, the entity that owns Juicer.io)EU VAT ID:
EU276043490
Requesting a signed W-9
If your AP team needs a signed W-9 before they can release payment, contact us with your account email and we'll send one over.
Adding your VAT or other Tax ID
Most customers who need this are outside the US and need their VAT ID on file so Stripe applies the correct tax treatment—for EU businesses, that means the reverse-charge mechanism (no VAT charged by us). Enter your VAT ID in the Tax ID field of your billing details, alongside your company name and billing address. Stripe validates the VAT ID automatically. Full steps are in How to update your payment and billing details—see the "Updating your billing details" section.
The same field accepts other country-specific Tax IDs (US EIN, ABN, GST, etc.). If your organization just needs its Tax ID printed on Juicer invoices, this is also where you set it.
Submitting your tax-exemption certificate (US)
Adding your EIN alone does not automatically apply tax-exempt status. To complete the process, contact us and attach (or follow up by email with) your tax-exemption certificate.
Please include:
Your organization's EIN
A copy of your tax-exemption certificate (e.g., IRS determination letter, state exemption certificate)
The email address associated with your Juicer account
Our team verifies the certificate and updates your account. Once applied, future invoices reflect your tax-exempt status.
⚠️ Tax exemption only applies to future invoices. Past invoices that have already been charged with tax cannot be retroactively adjusted.
What happens after
Once your exemption certificate is verified, Stripe marks your account as tax-exempt.
All future invoices and charges exclude sales tax.
You can view your updated tax status and download invoices at any time from your Billing Settings page.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Tax ID field in Stripe—the Tax ID field appears based on your country and region. Update and save your billing address first, then look for the Tax ID option.
I submitted my certificate, but tax is still being charged—please allow 1–2 business days for our team to process your exemption. If the issue persists, contact us.
