Instagram treats Reels as a separate content type from regular posts. If your Juicer feed shows other Instagram content but no Reels, you need to add a second Instagram source with Reels selected as the content type.
Why Reels are missing
Instagram exposes Reels through a different API endpoint than feed posts. A single Instagram source can fetch either posts or Reels, not both — so Reels need their own source.
Adding Instagram Reels to your Juicer feed
Open your feed in Juicer.
Click the
+ Add sourcebutton.Click the Instagram icon.
Select your Instagram username from the list and pick Reels as the content type.
Click Add source, and your Reels will be imported into your feed.
⚠️ Note: Instagram hashtag support requires a connected Facebook account. For details on adding an Instagram hashtag source, see How to add an Instagram hashtag source to Juicer. For connecting your Facebook account, see the "Connecting your Facebook account" section in Facebook sources – adding and troubleshooting.
If you added a Reels source and the next sync still doesn't bring in any Reels, send us the Instagram username, the feed URL, and a link to a public Reel that should appear through contact us.
