If new posts aren't appearing in your Juicer feed, work through this checklist. Most cases come down to update timing, source connections, or feed-level settings.
Check your plan and update frequency
Free-plan feeds sync once every 24 hours.
Paid plans sync more often, with the exact cadence depending on the plan. See the pricing page for details.
Some sources stop working on the Free plan after the 7-day trial ends, including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Bluesky, Instagram Stories, and all hashtag sources. Upgrading to a paid plan restores them.
Recently added or refreshed connections
Wait until your next scheduled update for new posts to appear.
Verify connections at juicer.io/social-accounts.
Review your feed settings
In the Settings panel, check whether Only show posts with images or Only show posts with videos are enabled. Either toggle can hide otherwise valid posts.
Make sure Post order is set to Most recent first if you expect new posts at the top.
Check the Moderation queue
Open Moderation in the bottom bar and look in the Moderation queue tab for posts awaiting approval.
Open the Filtering panel and review your filter rules to make sure you aren't accidentally rejecting the posts you want.
Platform-specific causes
LinkedIn's API does not expose slideshows, reshared posts, document and YouTube video previews, or GIFs, so these post types won't sync into Juicer.
Reels require a dedicated source, see Missing Instagram posts, check if they are Reels or collaborative posts.
Collaborative posts (co-authored with another account) are not supported, because Instagram's API does not make them available to third-party platforms.
Check for copyright flags on the posts that aren't appearing.
Verify username connections at juicer.io/social-accounts.
For Instagram hashtag posts, make sure your Facebook connection is active at juicer.io/social-accounts. Instagram hashtags are fetched through the Facebook Graph API.
Juicer cannot fetch posts that other users share on your Page, only posts authored by the Page itself.
Confirm your Page does not have age or country restrictions enabled. See Why you may see errors or a question mark as the image for Facebook sources.
Verify permissions for the Juicer app in your Facebook Business Integrations. Click "View and edit" next to the Juicer app and make sure all Page-content permissions are granted, both the one that lets Juicer read posts published by the Page itself and the one for posts published on the Page by other users. New posts will appear at your next regular sync.
If posts are still missing after working through the checklist, contact us with the feed name, the source name (or URL) you expect to see posts from, and an example of a recent post that should be appearing but isn't, and we'll take a look.
