If videos from a Facebook Page source have stopped playing in your Juicer feed, Facebook is most likely refusing to share the video URL until Juicer can prove you have admin access. Connecting a personal Facebook account that's an admin of the Page restores playback.
What to do
If you have a Facebook Page as a source, open your Connected Social Accounts page and connect a personal Facebook account that has administrative rights for the Facebook Page you're displaying.
For example, if you're displaying the Page @YourBusiness in your Juicer feed and you're an admin for that Page, click the + button next to your Facebook connection on Connected Social Accounts and add your personal Facebook profile.
Once the connection is established, the video posts in your Juicer feed should function properly again, although it may require waiting until the next scheduled refresh (which depends on your plan level).
β οΈ Note: your personal Facebook posts will not appear in the feed. This connection simply authorizes Juicer to access your business Page's video content.
If videos still don't play after connecting a personal Facebook admin and waiting one full sync interval, send us the Facebook Page name, the affected video URL, and a screenshot of your Connected Social Accounts row through contact us.
