When social network logos or icons do not load in your feed

Logos, profile pictures, and platform icons missing from your Juicer feed are usually caused by firewalls, ad-blockers, or Facebook Page restrictions.

Written by Mario T.

If platform logos, profile pictures, or icons aren't loading in your Juicer feed, the cause is usually network-side — firewalls, ad-blockers, or browser security restrictions — rather than Juicer itself. Most visitors to your site will still see the icons correctly.

Common causes

Social network logos and icons may not appear in your Juicer feed due to:

  • Network firewalls

  • Ad-blocking software

  • Browser security restrictions

  • Facebook Page restrictions (age or country)

General troubleshooting

  1. Try a different browser.

  2. Test on another network connection.

  3. Temporarily disable ad-blockers — both on your website and on Juicer.io.

Facebook-specific issues

Missing Facebook profile images

If you see a question mark instead of a Facebook profile image:

  1. Check the Facebook Page for country or age restrictions.

  2. Verify admin access — review your Connected Social Accounts page and ensure you have admin privileges for the displayed Facebook Pages.

Important notes

  • Most viewers see the icons correctly — network security measures often only affect your own view.

  • Adjusting local settings (browser, ad-blocker, network) usually resolves personal viewing issues.

If icons still don't load for your site's visitors after the steps above, send us the feed URL, a screenshot of the broken icons, and whether any ad-blocker or VPN is active through contact us.
