Facebook's API doesn't allow third-party apps to search posts by hashtag, so Juicer can't build a feed from a Facebook hashtag the way it can for Instagram or X. You can still display Facebook content—via business pages, or by adding individual posts manually—and this article covers both.
Why Facebook hashtags can't be a source
Facebook removed public hashtag search from the Graph API years ago, and the restriction applies to every service that fetches Facebook posts. You won't find Facebook listed as an option when you choose a hashtag source in Juicer, and there isn't a workaround at the API level.
If you're running a hashtag campaign across networks, Instagram and X both support hashtag sources—see X (Twitter) sources – adding and troubleshooting for the X setup, and the Instagram setup article for Instagram.
Adding individual Facebook posts manually
If you want a specific Facebook post in your feed, you can add it by URL. Two prerequisites are needed before you can use this tool:
Connect your personal Facebook account on the Connected Social accounts page. This is the account that manages the business page you want to display—the connection authorizes Juicer to read Facebook content on your behalf.
Add the Facebook business page as a source in your feed. See Facebook sources – adding and troubleshooting for the steps.
With both in place, here's how to add a specific post by URL:
Open the 🎛️ Sources panel on your feed dashboard.
Click the + (Add post) button next to your Facebook source.
Paste the Facebook post URL.
Click Add.
⚠️ Note: Manual import works reliably for posts on public Facebook business pages. Posts on personal Facebook profiles are usually not accessible to third-party apps, so the import will often fail there.
Troubleshooting
I don't see a + button next to my Facebook source—make sure the source you're looking at is a Facebook source. The Add post button only appears on platforms that allow manual additions.
The post URL was rejected with an error—the post may belong to a personal profile, a private page, a group, or a page Facebook restricts (age or country gating). Manual import only works for posts on public business pages.
I don't have any Facebook source in my feed yet—follow Facebook sources – adding and troubleshooting to add a business page first, then come back here.
