Every new Juicer account starts with a 7-day free trial. For those seven days your account behaves like a paid one, so you can build a real feed with the sources you actually want and see how it performs before you pick a plan.
What the trial unlocks
During the trial you can use the sources and tools that otherwise need a paid plan:
X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit and Bluesky sources
Instagram Stories
Hashtag sources, including TikTok hashtags and mentions
Moderation tools, such as deleting posts from your feed and restoring them from Trash
👑 A crown marks a feature that needs a paid plan. Everything carrying a crown in the dashboard or in this help centre is yours for the length of the trial. See the pricing page to compare what each plan includes.
How much time you have left
Your dashboard shows the days remaining beside your plan name in the sidebar, counting down to Ends today on the final day. You don't need to do anything to start the trial, it begins the moment you create your account.
What happens when the trial ends
If you haven't upgraded by the end of the seven days, your account moves to the Free plan and its limits. Nothing is deleted:
Premium sources stop importing new posts. The sources themselves stay on your feed, and posts already imported stay visible until you remove them.
Your feed keeps working and keeps displaying on your site.
So a feed that goes quiet after the trial usually isn't broken, it's a premium source that has stopped importing.
Keeping the features you tried
You can upgrade at any point, before or after the trial ends, from your Billing settings. Upgrading before it ends keeps everything running without a gap. Upgrading afterwards resumes imports on the sources you already added, so you don't need to set them up again.
🌿 Tip: if only one or two premium sources matter to you, check the pricing page before upgrading. The plans differ in how many feeds and sources they allow as well as which sources they unlock.
If a source still isn't importing after you upgrade
Give it one sync cycle first. Imports resume on the next scheduled sync rather than instantly, and how often that runs depends on your plan. If a source is still not importing after a full cycle, contact us with your feed link and the name of the source, and we'll check why it's being skipped.
