What Is This?
An error that occurs on Instagram's side when trying to connect your Instagram account. This happens during Instagram's authorization process, before any data reaches Juicer, so there's nothing we can fix on our end.
What to Try
Most Successful Method
Switch to cellular network (not WiFi)
Open Instagram's mobile website in your phone's browser (not the app)
Log into Instagram
Wait 5-10 minutes
Try connecting again
Other Solutions
Quick Fixes:
Try incognito/private mode
Use a different browser
Clear browser cache and cookies
If Those Don't Work:
Log out of Instagram completely, log back in, wait 1 hour, then retry
Try from a different device
Try from a different network/location
Wait a few hours (sometimes it's a temporary Instagram outage)
Why This Happens
This is an Instagram/Meta infrastructure issue that affects multiple services across the industry (not just Juicer). We've reported it to Meta multiple times, but there's no permanent fix available since the error occurs on Instagram's servers.
