Juicer's filtering tools allow you to display posts that contain two or more specific hashtags.

To limit the posts shown in your feed to only those that contain two hashtags at the same time, enter the first hashtag as a source for your feed (in the “Social Media Sources” area of your Juicer dashboard). 

Next, add the second hashtag in the “Only allow posts with these words” field, located in the “Moderate and Filter” area. This way, posts pulled in for #hashtag1 must also contain #hashtag2 to be displayed.

The “Only allow…” filtering field is case-insensitive, so you don't have to enter multiple capitalization styles to capture the various posts.
