Not seeing new Instagram posts on Juicer?

A step-by-step fix when Juicer stops showing new Instagram posts — re-connect through Connected Social Accounts and re-grant content access.

Written by Mario T.

If your Juicer feed isn't displaying new Instagram posts, or older posts look broken, the cause is almost always an expired or partially-granted Instagram connection. Re-connecting the account fixes it.

  1. Check your username. If you've changed your Instagram username, remove the current Instagram source and add it again with the updated username.

  2. Refresh your connection.

    • Log out of Instagram in your browser.

    • Click the red "+" button next to Instagram.

    • Reconnect your account.

  3. During authentication:

    • Allow "Content" access to the Juicer app.

    • Click "Allow" to establish the connection.

☀️ If you'd like to remove Juicer entirely from the list of allowed websites on your Instagram profile and try re-adding it, you can do so in your Instagram Apps and websites settings.

  4. Make sure the Instagram account is added to your Connected Social Accounts page and the connection status is Valid.

  5. For multiple accounts: repeat the process, making sure you're logged out of Instagram each time before adding a new account.

⚠️ Logging out of the previous Instagram account before connecting a new one is very important — Instagram will otherwise re-authorize the wrong account.

☀️ If issues persist, try removing (x) and re-adding (+) your Instagram account from Connected Social Accounts.

Note: due to Instagram API limitations, Juicer cannot obtain comments. See why comments, replies, and photo tags aren't shown.

If new posts still don't appear after re-connecting and waiting one full sync interval, send us the Instagram username, the feed URL, and a screenshot of the Connected Social Accounts row through contact us.
